Requests & Issues

Are you a homeowner with an issue, maintenance request, or question?

Are you an owner and need to make a payment or setup recurring payments? Quarterly dues invoices are emailed two weeks prior to the due date. Due dates are February 1st, May 1st, August 1st and November 1st.

Payment Options:

  1. Set up recurring payments or make a one-time payment online directly with the HOA's bank First Citizens. Link to the sign-up instructions here and link here to make a payment. 
  2. Send a check 7-10 business days in advance of the due date to Crescent Ridge Condominium Association, PO Box 2938, Park City, UT 84060
  3. Schedule a payment through your bank's online BillPay. If you choose this option, please note that it takes 7-10 business days for BillPay payments to be sent to the HOA so please set them to arrive before the due date.
