Crescent Ridge Condominium Association is professionally managed by K&K Property Management. Login to the new owner portal to pay HOA dues, access documents, update your contact information, submit work order requests, and more:
Are you an owner and need to make a payment or setup recurring payments? Quarterly dues invoices are emailed two weeks prior to the due date. Due dates are February 1st, May 1st, August 1st and November 1st.
Payments can be made through the owner portal.​
